CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The BCom Degree in Entrepreneurship prepares graduates to launch their own businesses and operate them successfully. These graduates
can also go into paid employment in private companies and government
organisations which are involved in the development and promotion of entrepreneurs in Botswana, such as The Local Enterprise Authority (LEA), the Citizen Entrepreneurs Development Agency, and the Department of Youth etc.
Today’s successful organisations are managed by corporate entrepreneurs. Therefore, the programme’s graduates will be employed
in any and by any organization.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have obtained at least 36 points at BGCSE (or equivalent) including a pass (with a Grade D) in English language. Admission is subject to Programme specific requirements regarding special subjects to be passed at BGCSE. OR
Candidates must have completed a relevant Diploma or its equivalent.
OR
Special Entry:
Candidates who do not have the minimum academic qualifications stated
above but have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience will be considered upon satisfying the requirements of the Academic Affairs Board. (OVCs and other special interest groups are admitted for BA ISAGO programmes with 31 points.
PROGRAMME DURATION
The Degree programme will run over a duration of 48 months (4 years).
