ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Applicants should hold a first degree in any teaching arts, science and technology subjects obtained from a recognized university locally or internationally.OR
1.2 Applicants should have completed the Post Graduate Educational Diploma in Leadership and Management.
1.3 Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in an education setting.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
2.1 The Master of Educational Leadership and Management programme runs over a duration of twenty four months (four semesters in twenty four months, consisting of six
months each).
2.2 Learners will be required to undertake a research project within the last semester before completion of the programme.
2.3 At the end of the twenty months, students who have passed would be awarded a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management.
2.4 Students who have a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management will complete the Masters programme in twelve months (two
semesters).
